01 How much does a security service from Minerva cost?
Costs depend on the type of assignment, duration, staffing and risk profile — event security is priced differently from permanent close protection. After a confidential initial consultation you receive a transparent, individual quote with no hidden items. The initial consultation is free of charge and non-binding.
02 How quickly can you take on an assignment?
The earlier you involve us, the more thoroughly we can plan — especially for events with regulatory requirements. In urgent situations, however, we can also act at short notice and find a workable solution together, nationwide.
03 Are your security personnel qualified and vetted?
Yes. Our personnel meet the legal requirements of the German security industry (§ 34a GewO) including reliability checks, and receive ongoing training — from de-escalation to first aid. For special tasks we deploy experienced specialists only.
04 Do you only operate in Ingolstadt?
Our base is Ingolstadt, but we operate throughout Germany — regularly in Munich, Nuremberg, Augsburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Berlin and many other cities. Assignments in Austria and Switzerland are available on request.
05 Will my enquiry be treated confidentially?
Absolutely. Every enquiry is treated in strict confidence, answered personally and never passed on to uninvolved third parties. Discretion is not an add-on for us but a core principle — technically too: our website runs without tracking.
06 Do you also offer armed close protection?
Yes — on request and where the threat situation warrants it, we provide armed protection, strictly within the legal framework and with appropriately qualified personnel. Whether this makes sense for your situation is determined in the risk analysis.
